According to US Equal Opportunity Commission, prohibition of hiring Non-Hispanics is part of the Race/ Color Discrimination. In Race/Color Discrimination in Work Situation, it is prohibited to discriminate in the aspect of employment including hiring, firing, salary and any other condition that pertains to employment.
