Hey there !

Molar mass HCl = 1 + 35.5 => 36.5 g/mol

* Number of moles :

n = m / mm

n = 14 / 36.5

n = 0.383 moles of HCl

Therefore :

M = n / V

M = 0.383 / 1.50

 = 0.255 M
