A perfect square number is given by a product of two equal integers (numbers).

Theorically, the perfect square is a number multiplied by itself.

9 is a perfect square because it can be written as 3*3

400 is a perfect square that can be written as 20*20

50 can't be written as a product of two equal integers.

It would be 7.07106....*7.07106....
