No, square numbers greater than 1 have more than two factors

NO. Why?

A prime number is a number divisible by 1 and by itself.
Assuming there is a square number that is prime. If so it will be
divisible by 1 by this number and by its square root, (in total 3) which is in contradiction with the definition of a prime number
