midpoint formula : (x1 + x2)/2, (y1 + y2)/2
(10,2)...x1 = 10 and y1 = 2
(-4,-3)...x2 = -4 and y2 = -3
now we sub and solve
m = (10 - 4) / 2, (2 - 3) / 2
m = (6/2, -1/2)
m = (3,-1/2)...ur midpoint
the value of y = -1/2 <==
