what are the elements that must be present for a crime to be said to have occurred?

The elements are
- Conduct (Actus reus),  which is the crimes/action that being done by that person
- Concurrence.  whether the person do that crimes/actions purposely (if not, that person may not be given any charge or given less charge)
- Causation.     Why that person so the crimes/action
- Mental state (Mens rea).     The psychological condition that the person in when that person conduct the crimes/actions
