Equation of a line using 2 points. first find the slope

m= (y2-y1)/(x2-x1)= (3-3)/(-4-6)= 0/-10 = 0
m=0

using y-y1=m(x-x1)
we get
y-3=0(x-6)
y-3=0

y=3 is the equation of the line
