When a contractor constructs
homes on several vacant lots in established subdivision 12- to 20-year-old
homes. The contractor promotes the homes for sale to prospective buyers.
The type of those houses is often called speculation houses. It is
also the act of engaging in perilous financial transactions in an attempt to yield
from short term variations in the market value of a tradable financial tool rather
than bidding to profit from the fundamental financial qualities personified in
the instrument.
