To determine what the wavelength is in nm simply make use of the following equation:

E = h • f

F = 1/wavelength

H = planks constant. 6.626 x 10^-34 Js

Solve for f and then solve for wavelength.

Since you know the energy of the wave, and planks constant.

Convert the energy into Joules before solving.
