Answer: 1/2

Explanation: The slope of the given line y = 1/2x+3 is 1/2 as its the coefficient in front of the x. Any line parallel to this will also have a slope of 1/2. Parallel lines have equal slopes. The info about (10,0) is unneeded. It was likely put in there to throw you off.
