3 pound/ 10 chops= 0.3 pound/chop.

We know that 1 pound= 16 ounces.

(0.3 pound/ 1 chop)* (16 ounces/ 1 pound)= 4.8 ounces/chop.

The final answer is 4.8 ounces per each chop~
