Statement - The cube of an even number is an even number .

Obviously 2nd option will satisfy the same ,
if you've mentioned the exact equation
aslike it's
[tex] {2}^{3} = 8[/tex]

[tex]2 \times 2 \times 2 = 8[/tex]
Cubing is multiplication factor 3 times of the number , 2 is an even number and it's cube 8 is also an even number , Hence proved
