In food service industry, personal hygience is very important. This can help prevent the spread of microorganism to the food being prepared or served. It is important to  trim fingernails and hair on restrained. Employees must be clean shaven and neatly trimmed beards or mustaches. Clothing and uniforms must be clean during working hours. Handwashing rules must be followed strictly.
