Hey Cassidy.

Our goal is to combine like-terms.

Here are our terms:
3[tex] \sqrt{10} [/tex] + 7[tex] \sqrt{15} [/tex] - 6[tex] \sqrt{10} [/tex] - 4[tex] \sqrt{15} [/tex]
Let's combine like-terms.
3[tex] \sqrt{10} [/tex] - 6[tex] \sqrt{10} [/tex] = -3[tex] \sqrt{10} [/tex]
7[tex] \sqrt{15} [/tex] - 4[tex] \sqrt{15} [/tex] = 3[tex] \sqrt{15} [/tex]

We are left with:
3[tex] \sqrt{15} [/tex] - 3[tex] \sqrt{10} [/tex]

Your answer is B.)

I hope this helps!
