How do you find the surface area and volume of a 3D trapezoid?

To find the surface area, you find the area of all of the sides and add them up.
To find the volume, you use one surface area, find find the width/thickness to multiply with the one surface area. Since I don't know what exactly the measurements are or what it looks like, so I can't help you much. Sorry
